Professor Sindhwani joins Galgotias University from the Indian School of Business, where she served in key leadership positions, including Associate Dean for Advanced Management Programmes and Executive Director of the Centre for Learning and Management Practice. She also serves on the Board of Advisers of Jose Rizal University in the Philippines, reflecting her continued engagement with international academic governance.
With over two decades of professional experience spanning academia and the corporate sector, she has worked across Europe, Africa, and Asia, contributing to executive education programmes for leading global organisations, including Google, Goldman Sachs, Walmart, Novartis, and Accenture. Her academic and professional journey reflects a sustained commitment to bridging theory with practice in leadership and management education.
Professor Sindhwani holds a PhD in Corporate Strategy and Corporate Citizenship from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on the intersection of strategy, leadership, and society, with particular emphasis on how organisations design and implement strategy in volatile and complex environments. She is also the author of multiple books on leadership, management, decision-making, and strategy.
In her new role as Provost, she will work closely with the university leadership to strengthen academic quality, enhance research culture, advance faculty development, modernise curriculum frameworks, improve student outcomes, and expand interdisciplinary opportunities across schools and programmes.
